Off To A Great Start

We started our new year on the beach in Kona and that felt like a great way to start the year!  It was a zoo getting all of us packed, in the car, and over there but it was fun none-the-less.  We honestly haven't gotten to the beach much since the babes were born so this was a nice treat.  And they were so mesmerized by playing in the sand that it wasn't as crazy as we thought it would be to watch them and the biggies that day :)

This is my favorite pic of the day.  Well it was the only pic, thanks to Aunty B, but still my favorite.  It pretty much sums up the craziness in our household.  Our hands are always full and thank goodness for Esme cause she's a huge help too.  And Chan, boy that kid is a lot of energy!  Sometimes he's equal to the 3 girls combined!

We also celebrated Capri's 7th birthday not long after the holidays were over.  It's so sweet when the kids request to celebrate their birthdays with just their cousins and family.  The simple pleasures in life!

I finally took the whole family down to the end of the Chain of Craters Road in the National Park.  We hiked out to some petroglyph markings.  Amazingly they're all still smiling.  Well almost all...
