Here Come The Holidays

And just like that the holidays are almost here.  Eek!  It's amazing how time flies even when our life as we knew it was pulled out right from underneath us.  Soccer had started and now it's done just in time for the rainy season and the darker evenings.  The twins surprised us and actually went out and played.  Sometimes mommy had to hide far away though or they'd run off the field to come and tell her things over and over and over.   Ha ha!

Poppy was so excited about her teeny tiny shin guards

On the first day of practice I started to take a pic and this is what I got.  I didn't even say to pose.  Who are these girls?!?!

Happy Eve!  She's doing so much better at her morning routine but she's so slow at eating that she usually has to do that in the car

Chan has been going through some really creative modes and he built this robot out of boxes all by himself

This is Esme during her online learning.  That girl!

Playing with the Halloween make-up since we weren't gonna do anything with it this year anyways

More Halloween make up prior to Halloween

Poppy has been going through a rough patch lately and this night she refused to put on pajamas or sleep in her bed.  She said she was going to sleep in her chair.  And this is how she fell asleep and stayed for almost 2 hours before we moved her.  Sheesh that girl!

Nana took us all to the bowling alley for her birthday and the kids had a blast!

We still carved pumpkins despite a much different Halloween

The kids school and Imiloa program has carving contests to enter.

Scary Chan

Esme found a hand me down costume and the rest of the kids just raided the dress up box which they do often so it wasn't much of a big deal.  What a funny Halloween it was!  We met some friends on a Zoom call and played some fun games together.

Old man Chan

Yah for Akaka Falls opening! Can you spot the tiny falls behind us?

We recently discovered the Lilihouse Farm in Volcano and the kids were so excited

Eve, hanging out in the bath house

And here she is feeding the tortoises
