Three weeks and counting....

Welcome to our growing walnut's website! We're hoping to keep all our family and friends updated on baby info and pictures through this site so keep checking back for updates when you can. We'll do our best to keep up and of course, there will be many more posts once Wally* arrives. We just wanted to get the link out to you before then while we still have some free time :)

So, Wally is officially full term @ 37 weeks. The baby's room is all set up (last part was the rocker/glider - just finished). Car seats are in and diaper bag is packed and ready to go. All we need is to pack our bags and we'll be off to Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland, WA when the time comes. Hopefully Wally will wait for Nana, Zoë's mom, to arrive on Feb 20. Official due date is February 21st.

*The name Wally is from an early period when all the books and websites compared our baby to the size of food, namely the walnut. However, we do not know the sex of the baby, so Wally will not be Wally for much longer. Enjoy the website!

    So exciting! I can't believe you can stand waiting to find out the gender. It would drive me CrAzY!! :-). I bet it's fun though.

    Given the parent's personalities (esp. the dad) the kid is going to be NUTS regardless! Ha ha. Lame.

    Well, the picture is lame because we don't have enough decorations on the wall... But we're all ready for the Walster to make an appearance!
